Can you hold a place before I apply?
Properties can only be held once a lease has been signed and executed and all deposits have been paid in full online.

Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We only require security deposits in the amount of one month’s rent in most cases.

How old do you have to be to apply?
18 years of age or older.

Is the deposit refundable?
All deposits are refundable pending a formal move out inspection completed by 3rd party inspectors. A move out inventory report is completed and will show proof of any damages charged to your security deposit to eliminate disputes and disagreements ensuring a smooth move out process.

Who needs a cosigner?
Co-signers are only taken on a select few properties in which the owner approves of doing so. This is done on a case by case basis.

How do I pay rent?
You will have the ability to pay rent online through a tenant portal. This ensures streamline payments and no lost cash or checks in the mail.

I want to get a pet. What do I do?
You will need approval prior to bringing a pet on the property. This is all done on case by case basis depending on the owner’s policy on pets in the home.

I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
If all parties to the lease agree on the change a formal lease amendment will be completed. All parties are required to sign the amendment and an administrative fee of $150 will be required at the time of completion.

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
We will send you a move out checklist which provides all the information necessary for a successful move out.
