Are you licensed?

Can I reach you after hours?
We are available 24/7/365 for emergency after hours issues. Our owners are always kept in the loop on emergency maintenance and issues that arise as they come in to us. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
We provide direct EFT deposits of your rental income directly to your bank account. This is done monthly between the 5th-8th of each month! Owners can access their owner portal through our software and run up to date owner statements at the click of a button, anytime, anywhere. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
We will provide you with access to your online owner portal in which all leases and documents in regards to your property will be available. Upon request we are happy to directly email you a copy of the signed lease and any other documents pertaining to your rental. In Texas we sign the leases on behalf of you the owner, from the authority provided from the management agreement. -
Do you sell real estate too?
We are licensed to buy and sell real estate in the State of Texas. We excel in the ability to help buy and sell homes for investors looking to grow or reduce their portfolio often. Our knowledge of the local Real Estate market makes buying or selling stress free and profitable. -
How is rent collection handled?
Rents are due on the 1st of the month and considered late on the 3rd at 11:59 pm. The majority of our tenants utilize online rent payments through our resident portal ensuring streamline payments and no lost checks in the mail. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We encourage owners to participate in the determination of the ideal lease length. Leases typically run between 12-24 months. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Our market standard deposit collection is one month’s rent. This is also up to each individual owner if they so choose for us to collect more or less. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We are able to start management immediately! This process is as easy as reviewing a management agreement and speaking with the owner of the company about your particular situation and needs. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We excel and focus on single family rentals only. This allows us to perfect our services and specialize in one market only, ensuring maximum profit for each owner. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Our software offers owners a multitude of financial reporting. Monthly owner statements, yearly reports, and all financial information regarding your investment portfolio are available 24/7 through your personalized owner portal. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
By law we are required to hold all security deposits. We are also required to refund these deposits to tenants.
